How long will it take to get results?

Everyone will be different. But I recommend that you expect to commit to at least 3 months of training and proper nutrition consistently to see a transformation.

What is semi-private training?

Semi-private training is an option for people who like to workout in a small group, but also desire a similar amount of attention with training and nutrition guidance as a private 1-on-1 client would.

Is your workouts ok for beginners?

Yes, all fitness levels are welcome. A physical assessment will be done to figure out your needs. Alternative exercises are given if necessary.

Will you tell me what to eat?

I will give you nutrition guidance, to include calorie goals, macronutrients, how to plan your nutrition according to your lifestyle and other information needed to be successful.
